About Us

Mike & Sarah Ficzner started Ficzner Group in 2012 after Mike’s last active duty mission serving in the Army. They are Real Estate Entrepreneurs with over 20 years of leadership experience in information, communications and technology (ICT) while focusing on niche real estate solutions for their clients. Mike is a Retired US Army Officer with a degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship and a Masters in Intelligence Operations. Sarah is a Licensed Attorney with a degree in Political Science and Communications.
